St Clements Church, Truro is holding its Flower Festival on Saturday 4th, Sunday 5th and Monday 6th May. This year the theme is:
Cornwall - Its Places, Traditions and Culture
St Clements is a beautiful church, nestling among trees and close to a creek. Locals describe it as a haven of peace and tranquillity, yet only two miles from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Truro.
There are going to be some beautiful floral arrangements, including one designed to celebrate the life and work of Daphne du Maurier.
Do go along to this event if you live in Cornwall or you are on holiday here. There will be a raffle, refreshments and lots of beautiful flower arrangements to see.
Donations to the church will be welcomed.
